Mark Webber Out of Korean Grand Prix

Championship leader Mark Webber is out of the first Korean Formula One Grand Prix.

The incident happened on lap 19 of the 55 lap race when Mark Webber went wide into a turn, allowing his wheels to glide onto the grass, pitching the car backwards onto the track where he was then hit by Nico Rosberg, who was also forced to retire.

The crash will allow Webber’s team mate, Sebastian Vettel, to pull closer in the championship.

Webber is currently on 220 points.
