Aston One-77 Going to Nürburgring

Aston Martin has recently announced that their limited-run hypercar, the One-77, will be taken to the ‘Ring’ very soon.

A pre-production One-77, Aston’s most advanced and fastest ever production car, capable of over 220 mph, will be taken to the ring within the next few months, and with over 700 bhp on tap, Chris Porritt, the One-77’s manager, knows that it will be capable of a very respectable time.

‘It has a drag coefficient of just 0.40 allowing it to reach very high speeds’ Porritt said.

Not only that, but the car also has great amounts of downforce, allowing it to maintain high speeds when cornering’ continued Porritt.

As the name suggests, only 77 examples will be built, all of which will cost over £1.2 million and take nearly four months to complete.

The first customers of the One-77 will take delivery in mid 2010. Questions have also been raised as to who the cars will go to, with rumours suggesting that one very wealthy customer has ordered 10 of the cars.
